Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GWPCO provides proprietary dealflow services to private equity firms, family offices, and independent sponsors through targeted outreach, custom data builds, and dedicated infrastructure.

2. Partnership Terms

• Monthly service fee: Core Partnership ($7,500/month) or Elite Partnership ($9,500+/month) based on scope and complexity
• One-time setup fee of $3,000
• Minimum engagement period of 90 days
• 30-day notice required for cancellation
• Results or Refund Guarantee as detailed in our Guarantee page

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear and detailed investment criteria during onboarding
• Respond to weekly performance snapshots and bi-weekly strategy calls
• Review and provide feedback on verified introductions
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and data

4. Exclusivity

GWPCO maintains one active partner per vertical to preserve dealflow quality and exclusivity. Custom data builds are unique per client with a 90-day lockout on sourced contacts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the 90-day engagement, clients retain ownership of custom data builds and dedicated domains. GWPCO retains ownership of proprietary methods, templates, and infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

GWPCO provides introductions and facilitation services only. We do not guarantee transaction closures, specific valuation outcomes, or final deal terms. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice to active partners. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
